Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, It should be in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be filed with in 5 days after receiving your parcel. For filing the return you have to email us at

Requirements For Returns:

1). Order ID (Order Number which will be mentioned in your order confirmation email)

2). Reason (Tell us what happens with the order e.g. damaged product, different product etc.)

To be eligible for return your product must be original, undamaged and should be in a same packing. If the product is mismatched from the product description then we will return it happily free of cost. In change of mind case customer will be responsible for the delivery charges of returning the product to the supplier, It is mandatory to file the return in the given time of five days after receiving the order. After five days no return or replace will be entertained. When you send us email for return our team will approve your return. Once you send your return parcel to our warehouse our team will examine the parcel about the authenticity of the product. Please be patient and don’t mind about it, this is to avoid from fraud people. Our team will notify you the status of your return. Return procedure could takes place up to 5-7 days. So please be patient.

Return Exempt Note

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift items which are in sealed packing if they are un sealed condition they are not applicable for return. If a person returns the unsealed item then company will not refund for that items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case you have choose a Cash on Delivery method at the time of order, then our team will contact you for taking your bank account details for sending you the refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and tell us the reason of exchanging the product. Once our team will check your email and approve your exchange request then they will send you a confirmation email having the address details where you have to send your parcel. This process could takes 4-5 days so please be patient, as main time is used by courier services.
